Community Circle of Care is a collaboration among the Iowa Department of Human Services, Iowa Child Health Specialty Clinics, the Center for Disabilities and Development and other community partners.
We offer care coordination, diagnosis, and assessment services to children and youth with emotional and behavioral challenges in Northeast Iowa in collaboration with local service providers. Our goal is to manage and care for Iowa’s youth and maintain a standard of excellence
in Iowan communities.
Our services spread through a variety of mental health and outreach programs as well as managed and substance abuse care. Every child in Iowa needs a chance to succeed.
